Rida Vulic is the director of Remote Control. An American national she has roots in Montenegro as both parents are originally from the country. She moved to Montenegro 10 years ago and has been residing in Kotor ever since. Her vast knowledge on the country is complimented by her fluency in the language and years of contact building. She is considered a local among the Montenegrins which gives her the freedom to establish a “Montenegrin rate” and avoid extra charges often applied to foreigners.
Prior to launching Remote Control she worked as an off plan specialist for an English estate agency based in Kotor. With time she recognized the importance of the after purchase process. She was witness first hand to numerous problems in the aftermath and few were available to assist. She started off doing various things including furnishings, sorting paperwork, permits, offering rentals advice, and sourcing contractors. This is when she realized the demand for these services and set up Remote Control.
Daniel Novovic is born and raised in Kotor. Upon establishing himself as first officer on international cargo ships he decided to root himself closer to home and is now Assistant Manager at Remote Control. Daniel is already known by most of Remote Control clients as being frighteningly efficient. His swift response to problems and preventions is surpassed and his ability to drag the Montenegrins out of bed to get things done is priceless.
Our team of workers spans from domestic cleaners, electricians, plumbers and builders. We also have a network of relationships with car hire/transfer businesses, tour operators, translators, pool contractors and estate agents It has taken time and practice to find the quality standard that we feel our client deserves.
Remote Control has been up and running successfully for longer then most management agencies in the area. We are proud to say that every client has come to us by word of mouth. To us this is very important as it gives us the confidence that we must be doing something right.
We aim to expand and grow with each year providing even more services to our existing and new clients. Our new office is centrally located off the main road in Dobrota. We are confident that this will generate rental enquiries and greater prospects.
