Welcome Services
Domestic Provisions
Remote Control’s Domestic Provision service is intended to compliment rentals management by providing tenants or clients with food and provisions in time for their arrival at the property. In many cases holidaymakers arrive in Montenegro on evening flights or tired from long drives and would rather not eat out the moment they arrive. In some locations the nearest restaurant or store may be several miles out of the way. In these cases we can fill the fridge and stock the kitchen cupboards to give you a head start at the beginning of your holiday in Montenegro.

Accommodation Finder
If your property is not yet ready to live in then Remote Control can arrange holiday rental and long term accommodation.
Airport Pick Up & Car Hire
Remote Control provides a range of transport services, including car hire through reputable agents as well as a door-to-door car shuttle service that will pick you up from the airport and take you directly to your home, rental property or hotel.
We can arrange to collect you at a location of your choice, including Dubrovnik and Tivat airports, Kotor Old Town or at your property or hotel. Likewise, car hire is arranged with companies that will deliver your rental vehicle directly to your arrival location, including Dubrovnik and Tivat airports.
Cleaning Services
Remote Control can provide you with a range of cleaning and laundry services to meet your needs. Household cleans can be incorporated into property management packages, rentals services, or simply be requested as and when you require.

Commercial Services
Dealing with utility companies, insurance or official paperwork in a foreign language can be difficult if you are unable to visit Montenegro regularly. Remote control offer a number of services to assist the administrative demands of overseas property ownership, including :
- Name changing and payment of domestic utility accounts.
- Property insurance arrangement and renewals
- Document translation
- Personal accompanying translators for negotiations or everyday assistance.
